In 2017, the company implemented a project incentive scheme for some of our new projects.

 

The incentive scheme is designed to ensure the smooth progress of our projects, emphasizing quality and safety first, while saving project costs, enhancing the sense of responsibility of managers, improving teamwork, and sharing growth benefits with our staff. At the same time, it is also to thank and reward our staff for their dedication to the company, so as to achieve a win-win situation.

 

We hereby congratulate our project teams from Y1704 Punggol and Y1706 Tampines for receiving the first incentive rewards since the scheme's implementation. 

 

The company will continue to promote this incentive scheme in our new projects and we hope all project teams will make persistent efforts to achieve greater heights.
